I'm Thivyan. I win the first three seconds for a living: hundreds of Meta ad scripts a month, 25+ dental clients, £100K+ in monthly spend riding on my hooks. Every ad is a hypothesis. Every result is evidence. Every learning gets recycled into the next winner. The toolkit: data, AI and every psychological trick short of hypnosis.
Anyone can show you a winning ad. I'll show you how it won: the call that found the angle, the hooks that hunted it down, the data that crowned a champion, and the iterations that kept it winning long after it should have died.
I don't have a favourite format. I have a favourite outcome. Green screen is printing leads for Dental Opulence. Podcast made YOR sound like the authority they are. If it converts, it's in the arsenal.
Meta fingerprints every creative and quietly starves the copies. So I re-cut openings, swap B-roll and rework footage until each iteration reads as a brand-new entity and earns its own budget. Fresh leads from footage most strategists would have buried.
A real brief from my pipeline: "Only update hooks 2, 10, 9 and 1. Update all B-roll in body and hooks. Replace before & after 1 with this." Surgical changes, chosen from the data. Not a re-shoot.
One strategist, hundreds of ads a month. It's not magic and it's not a bigger team. It's a loop, and every lap makes the next one smarter.
Before I built the machine, I was the machine. Billboards, print, display and social for 40+ charity and commercial brands as The Kite Factory's one-man creative department. WaterAid appeals that raised millions, White Claw billboards you drove past, David Lloyd campaigns that filled gyms. Different scale, same obsession: creative that has to perform.
